By using this website or booking a service at Rio Thai Spa In Andheri West, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

We provide professional relaxation and wellness massage and spa services only. Our services are not a substitute for medical care, and no medical diagnosis or treatment is offered.

2. Eligibility

Services are available only to guests aged 18 years and above. Valid ID may be requested.

3. Appointments

• Walk-ins are subject to availability; advance booking by phone is recommended.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrival may shorten your session so that the next guest is not delayed.
• Please inform us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shared on call or at the spa and may change without prior notice. Offers cannot be combined unless stated. Payment is due at the spa before or after the service, as informed by our staff.

5. Health Declaration

Guests must inform the therapist about any medical condition, injury, allergy, pregnancy or recent surgery before the session. We may decline or modify a service if we believe it is not suitable for you.

6. Code of Conduct

We maintain a strictly professional environment. Any inappropriate behaviour, request or misconduct towards our staff will lead to immediate termination of the session without refund, and may be reported to the authorities. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused service.

7. Personal Belongings

Please keep valuables with you or leave them at home. The spa is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.

8. Refunds

Services once availed are non-refundable. Any concern about a service should be raised with the spa manager on the same day.

9. Website Use

Content on this website, including text and images, belongs to Rio Thai Spa and may not be copied without permission. Information on the website is for general guidance and may change without notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
